L&rsquo;objectif est d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;attractivit\u00e9 et la fid\u00e9lisation par des modifications sur les conditions de travail. Cela devrait correspondre \u00e0 un nouvel accord d&rsquo;entreprise pour 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous (CFDT F3C N\u00e9osoft Services) avons compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par 2 priorit\u00e9s : favoriser l&rsquo;engagement (en dehors du travail); r\u00e9partir les nouveaux avantages entre les diff\u00e9rents  salari\u00e9s (du junior au senior).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le champ des n\u00e9gociations \u00e9tant ouvert au d\u00e9part (on nous demandait d&rsquo;\u00eatre cr\u00e9atifs) nous avons d\u00e9taill\u00e9 9 propositions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces propositions devraient \u00eatre propos\u00e9es en COMEX N\u00e9osoft Services en d\u00e9cembre <em>(si on d\u00e9crypte cela signifie que nos propositions sont jug\u00e9es cr\u00e9dibles, mais qu&rsquo;il y a besoin de voir les cons\u00e9quences op\u00e9rationnelles et le co\u00fbt de  ces mesures; et donc que une s\u00e9lection sera effectu\u00e9e).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est probable que certaines propositions soient retenues.
