et rupture du contrat de travail \u00e0 la fin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.service-public.fr\/particuliers\/vosdroits\/F2906\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cong\u00e9 de reclassement<\/a> avec formations&#8230; et rupture du contrat de travail \u00e0 la fin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ou un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.service-public.fr\/particuliers\/vosdroits\/F31602\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">accord de performance collective<\/a> (APC) <strong>(<em>clauses se substituant \u00e0 celles du contrat de travail<\/em> : dur\u00e9e du travail,  salaire, mobilit\u00e9<\/strong>), <strong>la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration CFDT est contre<\/strong> car en cas de refus du salari\u00e9 l&#8217;employeur peux le licencier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le document ne doit pas \u00eatre flou.
